Hellobox Smart RCU problem

Dear all H8 users...

I am facing some problem in my H8 combo new. This problem makes me confused, because i still dont know why it can happen to me...

First, I only wanted to access H8 menu with the Remote control. its still normal because All 8 menus has been showed on.

Second, when I turn to Network Settings and then Scam+, and wait until 5-10 second, the main problem is beginning :
The Smart RCU configuration automatically shown and it always happening many time, although i restart the device, it happening repeatedly...
In this case, i only access scam+ configuration and i want to see my scam+ expiration... And I wasn't configuring any other...

Does anyone here can help me to solve this problem?

I am having new Hellobox 8 and I am also facing same problem of smart RCU screen for pairing any other remote. After assigning all keys, it will restart and with in 5 seconds, same smart RCU screen will appear. This will repeatedly appearing. I also tried by upgraded the firmware through the CH341 programmer but still the smart RCU problem persists. So I cannot use the box. If anyone have the solutions please post it. Thankyou
