Device disconnects

Hi Guys,
i am a newbie HELLO
Can anyone help after i scan my STB on screen bar code my device Android phone connects then a few seconds later it disconects itself then i have to scan bar code again

Hi mate,
Iam still having the same problem, I have moved the Home wifi router into same room as the equipment and itS still disconnecting now thinking its a bug with the app the version am using is V2.5 which is the latest,can only wait for a new version of app to come out,

i am using a Mini dvb S-2 box nothing special cheapo from a well known auction site,However i did solve the matter i did a factory reset of the STB and now the DVBFINDER on box is Working 100%

dvb finder wont connect even after scanning QR CODE , what should i do?
