Hellobox Smart S2 firmware error

After Updating of My Hellobox Smart S2,
my smart box can only connect bluetooth
Only 5 sec in dvb finder and cannot find
wifi config in dvbplayer app.
I only used original adapter and cable.
What error i want to know.
If need to flash firmware, Please tell me
what method i can use....

Same question here...!!!!
Updated firmware first time I connected the box to a internet router and stop working properly...
only BT connection on Finder and no other functions, app stop being hable to do anything appart from showing signal on first screen...can't change screen either...crash and return to set up GPS screen...
DVB Player cn't connect via wi-fi...keep asking wi-fi password and nothing else...already re-install both app's...doesn't work either...!
Please need a fast answer for this problem...I use the Hellow Box S2 almost each day...!

I have the same problem with my smart 2 , when I connect to the WiFi it say the connection fail and will be try and try but still can't connect...can help me do something about it.

Almost same problem here after update.

I'm facing the same problem here.
Now only using it as dvb finder.
For that I didi this.
In location setting I enables both wifi & bluetooth scanning.
Force closed dvbfinder and cleared data of it.
Enabled gps & bluetooth.
Restart dvbfinder.
Allow all permission.
And it worked.
