some keys of DVB Finder app missing on old smartphone LG

sorry, I don't know if this has been discussed in the past.

I try to ask a question but it seems to me that in this forum the managers of Hellobox no longer participate and no longer give help.

I have Hellobox B1

On an old LG L Fino android 4.4.2 smatphone (year)2014 and whose display resolution should be 800 x 480 pixels, some keys of the DVB Finder app essential for the correct use of this are not shown, see the attached photos.

I tried all sorts of ways but couldn't see the whole screen ...

Where is the problem? is the phone simply too old?

Is there an easy way to solve or is there nothing to be done?
