New Hellobox V5 Plus not connecting to Internet over Wi-Fi

Just got a new Hellobox V5 Plus a week back. Not able to connect to Internet over Wi-Fi. While checking the status under Network, it says "Disconnected". Based on a YouTube video uploaded just recently, inserted a thick folded paper hard board in between the Wi-Fi dongle that came with the box and the HDMI cable. Worked for 2 days. From 18thFeb.2019 again the status indicated is the same old "Disconnected" msg. Is it a hardware problem or a software issue.Anybody got a permanent solution for this issue. Pls. help me.

Have you tried to connect wifi antenna in the front usb of the box?

Yes. It does not connect to Internet even when the Wi-Fi . dongle supplied is connected in the USB port at the front side of the display panel.

Did you tried to put regular usb drive to ports? If the box recognize the regular usb stick in ports, then the problem is not in usb ports of box, it is not hw malfunction of box.

After connecting a different and New EDUP brand Wi-Fi dongle with an antenna at the front side and after searching for all available networks Internet is connected. We have to save the Wi-Fi password in our selected network. Thank u all who took pain to help me.
