Hellobox6 working problem

Hello friends,
My hellobox 6 have a problem. While satellite scanning, same channels get as vertical and horizontal searching halves. For example, consider scanning Tata sky, animal planet gets on TP 12240 H 32750 and again 12240 V 32750. Only half of the channels getting when searching complete, each channel gets double. Is it software or hardware problem? Please help.
