HELLO BOX AU ISSUE AFTER KEY ENTRY

On Asiasat 3840 H 29720
3840 H 29720 SID: 002B CW EC E9 BE 93 A8 33 89 64 Overon 1
3840 H 29720 SID: 002C CW 1C DB 42 39 64 E8 31 7D Overon 2
3840 H 29720 SID: 002D CW 9D 55 7B 6D 0E 11 BA D9 Overon 3
I enter the SID and CW and the channel will open for 1 second then the box will go to scan for DVB finder scan to watch
but not open
Or it AU itself but keep repeating the CW scan again and again
AU is working fine on non 4 2 2 10 bit channels but not on 4 2 2 channel.
