BISS KEY ENTRY NOT ACCEPTED HELLOBOX COMBO

I have the Hello box 6 combo
100.5E 4147 H 7500
DVB-S2 - 4:2:2 - 8PSK
ID: ATP World Feed
CW: CA 53 FC 19 54 EE 71 B3 SID 0001
The box can AU on 3860 V 30000 and 3895 v 7200 fine and on some other freq.
It did not AU for the above ATP world feed. So I went to the menu to keys and to biss I entered the correct freq sid and CW
but after I enter it does not open the channel. The CW is correct but when I go to channel the screen shows scrambled channel then popup DVB finder appears the a different biss key is shown but still scrambled
