problem with wifi dongle

Good afternoon, my name is Marcelo and I am from Argentina, yesterday I received my purchase of a Hellobox 6 combo device, I did not include the Wifi dongle adapter, I was trying with several usb wifi devices and none is recognized, I would like to know which one works or if I should do some special configuration to make them work, I appreciate if someone helps me, thank you very much
