Use CH341a mini programmer with aligator clip.very easy to program.my hellobox v5 hd was dead while try to connecting wifi adaptor.i tried win stb software but unable to recover. then tried CH341 a,It recovered.

My v5 hd not updating by rs232. I have to ordered ch341a mini. Please can you send some pictures of how to use aligator clip in ch341a.

-Open serial port
-Select file
-start
-connect power
-connect flash.
Last thing to connect should be flash
