Hello guys i bought my Hellobox v5 from aliexpress and really im not technican
but I have a problem with my device that i can connect to wifi but no
internet i tried alot but no result so one of the guys told me to update
the software and i downloaded a version from another site and i thinks its
not offical and now when my device restart its asked to scan QR code by DVB
FINDER to activate but its shaw me it is invalid and really i don't have LCode
because already i get the device from Aliexpress activated and i dont have
the code so please kindly help me soon as possible and really i Will
appreciate your help.

Update latest official software with rs232 cable.

Press ok from the remote button to input the code I sent you. Then navigate to enter from the remote and it will just open. If the code doesn't work then download dvbfinder on your fone. Launch the app then navigate to scan barcode from the app to scan the barcode on the TV screen. Once you have d barcode from the TV screen then pay attention to the dvbfinder you launch on your fone then you will see a faint numbers displayed on the dvbfinder app you launch to scan the barcode on the TV screen.copy the number then input it on the receiver and it will open.the one I sent you was d one I scan to activate mine.
