GX6605S - Error Occur

Hello everybody,
Few days already I am trying to flash my STB with the Hellobox ROM without success.
HelloMerger is generating the *.bin file, but when I try to upgrade from the menu every time I receive a message "error occur".
The board of the receiver is GX6605S_5815_148_V.17 20190627.
When I try to flash the stock firmware, it is updating without problems.
Can somebody help me to solve this? I would really like to flash the Hellobox ROM on my STB.
I am attaching the stock firmware here, if somebody who has more knowledge than me wants to have a look and inspect it.
I will be really grateful for any help.

Please use serial port to upgrade.

Thank you for the suggestion.
Does it exist some kind of instructions how to upgrade through serial port?
