Renew Hello Scam+ from outside India

Hi!
The Scam+ of my Hellobox Smart S2 expires in 2022-06-23 and I tried to renew it through the Telegram bot @dvbcode_shop_bot but it's not working (I think the web dvbcode.com is only for indian customers, isn't it?).
How can I renew it? My SN is 9994a7fb34c94432.

I saw that in shop.dvbcode.com international users can purchase L-code and Scam+ and pay through PayPal. But the web requires that the customer sends a QR code.
Where can Smart S2 users find that QR code? I was searching in DVBPlayer apps (Android and Windows) and in DVBFinder but I can't find that QR code.
Or is sending an image with the Serial Number enough for Smart S2 users?
