New firmware Features

We are developers of innovative satellite solution.
we need to add some more features and more DVB Protocol to the Hellobox 8.
Is that faisable?
The Firmware Is it customisable?
Is it done by freedvb.com engineers or can we buy the SDK and do it internally?
please help to solve those issues.
