I tried to run Hellobox8_upg tool
without connecting anything to the PC and I get the same log ...
I think the rs 232 cable or adapter you're using is not good, or wrong connections, there is no data transfer from PC to Hellobox 8...

This MADE IN CHINA HELLOBOX8 is a rubbish product. I bought 20pcs. 10 already dead. Same symptom. No display. Broken video display, Total dead with red LED,Halt. Many other problems. This is how China doing bussiness. They just want our money. You only can use for few hours only. DONT BUY THIS STUPID PRODUCT!!!!!

Now i am hellobox 6 user. I hope is will be better previous one. Brother can help me when, i collect biss key from another one that r not work in this receiver..can you tel me why??
