after download, i used the program (Hellobox8_upg. exe), i got error msg:

serial port opened
reboot the stb manuallysync success
download start
change baudrate to 115200
sending boot init
send boot init completed

boot init run failed
m_download_thrd is stop!
m_sp__mnt_thrd is stop.

1st solution:
uses a former flash or dump of preference
Renow your flash in :
auto_burn.fac

of course with extention "fac" and not "bin"

Format your flash disk (FAT32)
Used it with the program (hellolox8_upg Exe) as described in the photos.

if don't work...
rename the upgrade sw file to flash.bin,and then storage it in the USB

...

2EM solution:
uses the same program but on upgrade
Do not forget about Click on "Erase All"
.....

finally if the problem persists you have to see if there is a hard problem
