What software to use to obtain this payload_unit_start_indicator is set and this is only from video pid ?

I only use my private program to analyze ts, you can ask other people about the available tools.

Are you sure? Once, you entered C8 and checked captcha you still get computing forever without a result. It will do this auto any time you enter any c8
