BissHub down?? getting runtime error? Can not load keys??

The reason why I bought hellobox8 just last month does not worth it.
1. It can't open any satellite channel with scam fully active with very high speed internet.
2. Hellobox8 does not auto roll, does not have
auto biss keys, I can't get any important channels that power vu decrypts.
Can some tell me how I can get happy about this decoder or I don't think I can encourage any friend to buy
