i saved my channel list info and it says dl_preset.bin but cannot put it back on to hellobox v5 plus. can someone tell me how to do that. thanks

This function needs to cooperate with a PC tool.
If you want to backup/restore the channel list, there are two situations：

1. Upgrade the new version but need to retain the channels, you can choose “software only” in the upgrade mode.

2. Channels migration, you can choose “USB dump” first, then go to other hellobox to import the channel list, choose “channel only” in the upgrade mode.
