My powervu isn't working for AFN satellite

What could be the problem with my Hellobox V5 receiver. Powervu isn't working and my network upgrades want to downgrade my box after upgrading with USB.

Hellobox v5 is simply an illusion to AFN. It has failed its potency.

No my bro! am using V5+ and its working fine... Have any problem with setting it up let's chat on WhatsApp..

Dear friend,you only upgrade OTA after you first receive the box..when you visit this great forum, you will find upgrades far advance and better.. Now about your AFN channels.. Let's see if we can help ..check your message box(PM)

Hi Yawwilson, honestly, l must admit that there is a great difference between the v5 and the v5 plus in all ramifications.v5 is actually failing and has been reduced to mere ordinary Chinese decorder.
