I think it's fault of this modulation:
AVS+/UHD
But you shouldn't be able to see these channels even if placed in the TV list, if they are UHD 4K Hellobox 8 isn't 4K UHD, maybe you can see them on DVB Player
moreover, the two channels can be the same

4K channels run only with DVBPLayer on Hellobox 8.

not support 4K on hellobox8，but dvbplayer is fine
