Hellobox 8 channels audio only

i have hellobox 8 with latest firmware .. all menu functions working but when i put channels only sound working videos not appear.

Is this the problem with all the channels?

Yup same with me ...
No pictures .. only sound
Any suggestions how to fix this problem

This MADE IN CHINA HELLOBOX8 is a junk. A bought 20pcs. 10 already dead. Same symptom. No display. Broken video display, Total dead with red LED. Many other problems. This is how China doing bussiness. They just want our money. You only can use for few hours only.
