Is it possible for the Hellobox 8 to do SR of 47300

Hi Could somebody look at the Manual and tell me what is the Maximum SR. Is it 45000 or 55000.
My Hellobox 8 has not arrived yet.

It' s possible to increase SR value ?
It' s no possible to tune 4153 L - SR 60000 on Eutelsat 8 West B.

I don' t lock on Arabsat 5C
3853 L - SR 1388

It' s possible to decrease symbol rate ?
