as mentioned in the instruction:
"Please refer to readme_upgrade.jpg/readme_download.jpg for hellobox8_upg usage."

Download the tool, and check the picture readme_upgrade.jpg/readme_download.jpg in the tool directory, you will find the detail.

Maybe RS232 cable in wrong order. GND to GND, 2RX to 3TX and 3TX to 2RX.
I try to use RS232 upgrade but no work. Maybe CPU crash

But you use a PC with a real RS 232 port or you use an RS232 to USB adapter? and if you used a PC with a real rs 232 port did you use a normal or nullmodem rs 232 cable to connect to rs 232 femaleplug to rs232 male to 3 pin adapter? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Null_modem

choosing the wrong cable is easy, and for information you use Windows7 or Windows 10 ?

mi buen diseñador, se podran hacer estos mismos pasos al actualizar a un hellobox v7 normal a un v8? en caso de que no me podria aclarar esta duda de que si se puede actualizar o no ala version v8 por favor.
