Is HelloBox not designed to work with m3u or am I wrong in uploading m3u to Mytube?

I am new to Hellobox 8 that I recently bought which I found it useless so far. I may be doing something wrong. Please see the process, I followed and give me an example of the format and content to get Mytube recognise and upload my m3u list

I tried the process below, but still get an "Play error"

In mtb_list file, I tried

#EXTINF: -1, IPTV
http://line.ma-nnnnn.com:80/get.php?use.......m3u_plus

I clicked on blue icon (USB Upload). I got 0001 IPTV folder in left side of Mytube. when I clicked on 0001 IPTV, I got an error "Play error" I also tried again by removing _plus from my m3u line below, and still same error

The detail of my IPTV provider are in the format below. I have removed username, password, and name of provider,
